I am taking over the Jamie Oliver Cookery School, Westfield Shepherds Bush, for a tagine master class. I’ll be cooking a celebratory tagine from my new book, Orange Blossom and Honey, as well as preparing a typical Moroccan salad and some wicked little almond cookies. It’s a great opportunity to get to know these dishes, get cooking and have a fun evening. There will be a lovely dinner after the class and a few drinks at the same time.
