I’m taking over the kitchen of Great Guns Social in Borough for a week, 14-19th November, and bringing full-on Moroccan feasting to London. We have a mighty menu featuring my favourite dishes from across Morrocco, including mountain meze, roasted mechoui lamb, char-grilled squid with a preserved lemon dressing, and a royal lamb tagine, flavoured with saffron and paprika.

On the Sunday, I am hosting a charity brunch in aid of UNICEF #CookForSyria, with a fabulous brunch menu of merguez eggs, Bloody Mary’s and a dessert bar, stocked by some of London’s finest, including Eric Lanlard and Lily Vanilli, and my mates John Whaite, Frances Quinn, Jordan Bourke and Maria Elia are helping me out on the day.
