- Pre heat the air fryer for 3 minutes on full temperature, air fryer setting. Cook the toast for 1-2 minutes on air fryer setting, temp 210 for 1-2 minutes, turning halfway until golden.
- Meanwhile, pop the spring onion into a food processor and blitz until fine. Add the prawns and blitz together. Chuck in the corn flour, light soy, sesame oil, egg white and a pinch of salt. Mix into a smooth sticky paste. Divide between three pieces of toast and spread out evenly. Top with a mix of white and black sesame seeds.
- Cook each piece of prawn toast for 2-3 minutes in the air fryer on air fryer setting, temp 210. Remember the second and third batch will cook quicker because the air fryer is already hot. Around 1-2 minutes will be fine.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the siracha and serve with the hot prawn toast.
