Method
- To make the sauce, chuck the butter, honey, coco powder, orange zest and a tiny pinch of salt into a saucepan. Melt everything together over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until you have a glossy sauce. Check the balance of flavours, adding more honey if you want it sweeter or coco powder if you want it richer.
- Crumble half the Xmas pudding into the bottom of two sundae glasses and top with a scoop of ice cream. Add the remaining pudding and more ice cream. Pour over the sauce and top with the chocolate orange slices. Serve immediately.
