Method
- Tip the coffee, sugar and water into a mixing bowl and whisk until pale and fluffy. By hand, this will take 8-10 minutes and with 4-5 minutes with beaters.
- Fill two tumbler glasses with ice and pour in the vodka and Coole Swan. Top with the dalgona coffee and serve immediately.
