- Pre heat the oven to 180 fan. Mix the corn flour together with the garlic powder, smoked paprika and a good pinch of salt in a shallow bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs together with the zaatar in another shallow bowl and whisk the eggs in a third bowl so you have a production line.
- Dip the chicken into the flour and dust off any excess. Dunk the chicken into the egg and then the breadcrumbs so they get completely coated. Place onto a lined baking sheet and pop into the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the harissa and serve with the cooked chicken.
