- Butter both slices of sourdough with 20g of butter and place, butted side down a chopping board.
- Rub the oil over one slice of bread and sprinkle with zaatar and salt. Arrange the cheese over the zaatar and top with the remaining slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Melt the remaining butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Toast the sarnie for 2-3 minutes a side until golden. Turn ff the heat and cover the pan for 30 seconds to 1 minute to get the cheese uber oozy. Slice and serve.

2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp zaatar
60g mozzarella cheese
50g Monterey Jack cheddar
