Sizzling Chilli Yogurt

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a small pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes . Test it with a little bit of spring onion. You want a bubble violently.
  2. Chuck the pepper flakes, spring onions, pine nuts, garlic, coriander and a good pinch of salt into a heat proof bowl. Pour over the oil and enjoy the sizzle. Leave to infuse for 2 minutes.
  3. Swirl the yogurt onto a plate and drizzle over the oil and all those lush toppings. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Serves 4

60ml ground nut oil
3 tsp Turkish pepper flakes
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp pine nuts
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
A small handful of finely chopped coriander
350g best yogurt
Tortilla chips to serve
Salt
