Method
1. Slice up 2 huge tomatoes and arrange them on a plate with the red onion and a few black olives.
2. Crush the garlic and add the olive oil and lemon juice. Season well and a add a pinch of dried oregano. Whisk and drizzle over the salad.
3. Crumble over a the feta and dive on in.

1/2 red onion
80g pitted black olives
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
the juice of a lemon
1/2 tsp dried oregano
100g feta
salt and pepper
