- Preheat the air fryer on full for 3 minutes. Whilst that’s happening, slice the bagel into ¼ cm rounds. I start by slicing it in half (so you have two semi circles) and then working my way round so I get even pieces.
- Put the zaatar, Parmesan and a pinch of salt onto a plate and mix. Pour the oil onto a small plate. Dunk one side of the bagel bites, lightly into the oil and then into the zaatar mix to get coated. Repeat with the rest.
- Cook in batches, you want an even layer with the zaatar coating facing upwards. Cook on Air Fryer mode @ 200 for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the air fryer and leave to cool in an even layer on a plate or chopping board. This lets them crisp up properly as they cool. Serve as you like with your favourite dip.
