Method
- Whisk all the ingredients for the salad dressing together in a small bowl.
- Chuck all the ingredients for the salad into a large serving bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss together. Divide between two plates and top each with sesame seeds. Grab a fork and dive in.

Ingredients
Serves 2
1 lettuce heart, shredded
100g red cabbage, shredded
1/2 carrot, very thinly sliced or grated
1/2 red pepper, very thinly sliced
6 spring onions, very thinly sliced
A huge handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
200g cooked chicken, finely chopped
Sesame seeds to serve
For the dressing
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sriracha (more if you like)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, grated
