Five Ingredient Nutella Cheesecake

This is a super easy 5 ingredient cheesecake. If you have any hazelnuts lying around, they add a mega crunch, or a grating of dark chocolate is LUSH. However, if I am completely honest, and bearing in mind this is for Easter, smashed Maltesers are the best. THE BEST. That’s what I would do if I was going to pimp my cheesecake.

Method

  1. To make the base, blitz the biscuits in a food processor until fine. Add the melted butter and pulse together. Tip into a lined 23cm spring from cake tin. Even out over the bottom and then push down to make a base. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the Nutella and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. Whisk the cream into soft peaks and then fold in the Nutella mix. Pour over the cheesecake base and then set for 4 hours or overnight. Scatter over the Maltesers if using and serve immediately.
