Method
- Poach the eggs in a pan of simmering water for 2-3 minutes until set.
- Put the toast onto a plate and top with the cream cheese and salmon. Add the avocado and season with a pinch of salt. Add the eggs and season with plenty of pepper. Serve immediately.
