I am taking a meze masterclass with my wonderful friend, John Whaite in his dreamy cookery school, John Whaite’s Kitchen on 7th September.

The class will cover a selection of dishes from my new cookbook, Saffron in the Souks, including my insanely good hummus recipe, Rock Star Cauliflower, classic Fattoush salad, pomegranate lamb and okra stew, stuffed orzo peppers and my wickedly good, rosewater and pistachio cheesecake.
